The medical world is about to see a great turnover in near future. The development of nanotechnology and kind of research going on in different parts of world may pave the solution of complex medical practices and sensitive surgery. Its not just only medicine which will be highly benefited from the idea of nano machines. Nano machine would be used for further in different environment for solving basic problems as fixing damages steel part of a filled oil tank or getting obstinate matter out of hot burning kiln, or sampling materials in furnace. It still is not been possible to have a full fledge artificial nano machine working even at most unsatisfactory levels. Scientist are trying to develop nano machines in finest laboratory of country including Indian Research labs as IISc, IIT Delhi, NIT Jalandhar and IIT KGP.
